At Bare Wax Studio, we value both your time and ours. To ensure availability for all clients and maintain efficient scheduling, we kindly ask that you review the following appointment policies: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations, modifications, or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the services originally booked. This policy also applies to service modifications made within the 24-hour window. For example, if a client books both a Brazilian and Brow service and chooses to remove the Brow service within 24 hours of the appointment, 50% of the Brow service total will still be charged. Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Repeated no-shows will not be tolerated. After the first time a client fails to show for their appointment without notice, they will be required to place a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booked service in order to be rescheduled. As a courtesy, clients will receive a text reminder 48 hours prior to their appointment to allow time to plan accordingly and review our policies. These policies are in place to protect appointment availability, ensure accurate scheduling, and respect the time of both our clients and business. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If possible, we kindly ask that you communicate any issues regarding your appointment.
